Operations are carried out in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and China. In January 2012, the Company's 80%-owned subsidiary acquired Lancaster Consulting Group Sdn Bhd. In February 2012, the Company disposed of its interest in 108 Media Holdings Sdn Bhd.
