During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010, SEAL's direct subsidiaries were Great Eastern Mills Berhad, Sam Koh Company Sdn. Bhd., Seal Ventures Sdn. Bhd., Seal Trading Corporation Sdn. Berhad, Seal Services Corporation Sdn. Bhd., SM Management Sdn. Bhd., Seal Development Sdn. Bhd. and others. On June 30, 2009 and November 30, 2009, Seal Properties Sdn. Bhd., its wholly owned subsidiary, acquired 51% equity interest in Seal Concepts Sdn. Bhd. and Seal Properties (Bayan City) Sdn. Bhd., respectively.
