On December 1, 2010, Quaywest Limited acquired Merchant Court Pte. Ltd. On January 26, 2011, TA Global acquired Swiss Liberty Sdn. Bhd. On June 15, 2010, Bold Holdings Pty. Ltd. was wound up. On August 17, 2010, it disposed Quayside Gem Limited to TA Global.
