On October 2, 2010, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary HLG Futures Sdn Bhd transferred its assets, liabilities, activity, business and the undertaking of the business carried to Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad. On June 21, 2011, the Company incorporated Hong Leong Asset Management Berhad, the subsidiary of the Company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary HL Asset Management Pte Ltd.
