Selangor Properties Berhad (SPB) is engaged in property investment and the provision of related services and investment holding. The Company operates in three business segments: property investment, property development and education. The Company's holding and ultimate holding company is Kayin Holdings Sdn. Berhad. SPB's investment properties includes Menara Milenium, Wisma Damansara, Kompleks Pejabat Damansara, 16-Shop Batai, SPB Towers and Taman Tunku Apartments. All of which are located within the district of Damansara Heights. In addition, SPB owns 50% stake in Claremont Shopping Centre project managed by Hawaiian. The Company's subsidiaries include Bungsar Hill Holdings Sdn. Bhd., Chong Chook Yew Sdn. Bhd., Friendly Target Sdn. Bhd., HELP International Corporation Berhad, Keruan Jaya Sdn. Bhd., Sabaran (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Sagu Mestika Sdn. Bhd. and Wenworth Hotel Sdn. Bhd.
