Bhd., which is engaged in manufacture and sale of molded wood products and trading of logs. On April 27, 2010, it acquired 100% interest in Maju Sinar Network Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in extraction and sale of logs. On September 30, 2011, it incorporated a subsidiary Priceworth Sawmill (SI) Limited.
