Business Description:
KSL Holdings Berhad operates in the Residential construction sector. KSL Holdings Berhad is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services to the subsidiaries. The Company's subsidiaries are engaged in property development, property management and property investment. It operates in four segments: Property development, which is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties; Property management, which is engaged in management of apartments; Property investment, which engaged in investment in real properties, and Investment holding, which is engaged in provision of management services to the subsidiaries. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it had six major on-going projects, which comprise mixed development of commercial and residential properties. The projects are Taman Nusa Bestari, Taman Bestari Indah, Taman Kempas Indah, Maharani Riviera, KSL City and Bandar Bestari. On March 22, 2010, it disposed of its 100% interest in KSL Realty Sdn. Bhd., which was the subsidiary of Khoo Soon Lee Realty Sdn. Bhd.
