The Company operates its operations in Malaysia. The Company operates in four segments: property development, which is engaged in property development, property management and maintenance and property marketing consultancy; property investment segment is engaged in property investment and property management and maintenance; construction and quarry operations is engaged in construction work, quarry operations and receipt of tribute income, and other operations segment is engaged in other investment and investment holdings. The Company has projects in central region and northern region of Malaysia. In central region it includes Tijani 2 North, Taman Tasik Prima, Lavender Heights and Barbara Forest. In northern region it includes Surin and Amanjaya. On October 17, 2011, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Bolton Land Sdn. Bhd., acquired Brilliant Armada Sdn. Bhd.
