Its subsidiaries include Petrol One Holdings Sdn. Bhd., Arus Dermaga Sdn. Bhd. and One Petroleum (L) Ltd. during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011, the Company completed the acquisition of the remaining 37% interest in its subsidiary, Arus Dermaga Sdn. Bhd. On August 11, 2010, the Company completed the disposal of all the subsidiaries in the Plastic products segment.
