Bhd., which is engaged in manufacture and sales of automotive modular components; EP Polymers (M) Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in manufacture, fabrication, production and sales of engineering plastic components and integrated air fuel module automotive engines; Fundwin Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in manufacture, assemble and sales of automotive parts. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company acquired the remaining interest in PEPS-JV (M) Sdn. Bhd.
