As of December 31, 2010, its direct subsidiaries are Malaysia Smelting Corporation (Warehousing) Sdn. Bhd., Rahman Hydraulic Tin Sdn. Bhd., MSC Properties Sdn. Bhd., Bemban Corporation Ltd., PT MSC Indonesia, Australia Oriental Minerals NL and Straits Resource Management Private Limited. It has also six indirect subsidiaries.
