The Company's subsidiaries include See Hup Transport (K.L.) Sdn. Bhd., Jentanian Transport and Forwarding Sdn. Bhd., and Butterworth Transport and Company Sendirian Berhad. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011 (fiscal 2011), the Company acquired 75% of Dyna Elegan Sdn. Bhd.
