Bhd., Questate Sdn. Bhd. and Pasin Sdn. Bhd. On January 18, 2011, the Company acquired 60% of Ta Ann Pelita Kanowit Plantation Sdn. Bhd. On April 27, 2011, the Company acquired 67.82% of Pelitama Sdn. Bhd. On November 14, 2011, the Company wounded up Ta Ann Eco-Timber Industries Pty Ltd.
