Warisan TC Holdings Berhad operates in the Passenger car rental sector. Warisan TC Holdings Berhad (WTCH) is engaged in investment holding and the provision of management services. The Company has four divisions: Travel & Car Rental, Machinery, Consumer Products and Others. The Travel & Car Rental division includes inbound tour, outbound tour, corporate travel, airline ticketing, and car and coach rental. The Industrial Machinery and Equipment division includes material handling equipment, factory scrubber and sweeper, construction equipment, (which included road, earthwork, quarry and mining) agricultural tractor, golf and turf equipment, and engine and generator set. The Consumer Product division included cosmetics, hair care products, lingerie and multi-level-marketing. The Other division includes Warisan Captive Incorporated and Grooming Expert Sdn Bhd. On November 16, 2010, WTCH acquired the remaining 30 % interest in Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn Bhd (MAE).
