Ltd., which is engaged in the contract research and development services and distribution of software solutions, provisions of design related services and licensing of intellectual property for integrated circuits, and gas and oil related fields; BCT Systems Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the distribution of software solutions and the provision of related services, and Bluechips Technology (HK) Limited. In November 2011, the Company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Bluechips Technology Pte Ltd, has completed the disposal of two adjoining flatted factory units.
