Koninklijke Vopak NV operates in the Marine cargo handling sector. Koninklijke Vopak NV is a Netherlands-based company engaged in the storage and handling of liquid oil products, chemicals, vegetable oils and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). The Company operates in 80 tank terminals in 30 countries, which are equipped with product tanks, jetties, truck loading stations, pipelines, and rail and road networks. The terminals are integrated into chemical complexes or refineries and support local logistics activities, import and export activities. Vopak offers services to support the logistics chain of chemical and oil industries, including tanker shipping and warehousing, both independently and through strategic partnerships. It is organized into five divisions: Chemicals Europe, Middle East & Africa (CEMEA), Oil Europe, Middle East & Africa (OEMEA), Asia, North America and Latin America. On November 2011, the Company opened a new storage terminal for oil products at the harbor of Amsterdam.
