As od December 13, 2011, the Company carries out its business through two main companies and their subsidiaries: Eltek, formerly Eltek Valere and Nera Telecommunications. Eltek is a global supplier of energy conversion solutions within telecom, renewable energy, electric vehicles and industrial applications. Nera Telecommunications is a provider of microwave, satellite and wireless broadband access solutions for telecom networks, as well as of a range of infocomm solutions, including broadcasting and retail payment solutions. Eltek ASA has business operations in more than 100 countries.
