The Company's subsidiaries include Shanghai Xingnan Packaging Co., Ltd, Southern (HK) Packaging Company Limited and Foshan Nanxin Packaging Co., Ltd. In September 2011, the Company incorporated Southern Packaging (jiangsu) Co., Ltd.
