These four newspapers, together with The New Paper and The Business Times, also provide online news to SPH's Internet portal, AsiaOne. On October 11, 2010, the Company acquired 34% in Antarctica Interactive Private Limited. On October 13, 2010, the Company acquired Eastern Directories' signature events- COMEX, IT SHOW, World Food Fair and Food and Beverage Fair.
