ITE Electric Company Limited operates in the Electronic parts and equipment sector. ITE Electric Co Ltd. is a Singapore-based company engaged in investment holding and trading, and distributors of electrical distribution and control equipment. The Company operates in three segments: electrical trading, which includes the sale of electrical distribution and control equipment; electrical manufacturing, which includes the manufacture and assembly of electrical distribution and control equipment, and investment holding, which includes the investment trading of equity securities. Electrical Trading is undertaken by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, ITE Electric Systems Co Pte Ltd (ITEES) in Singapore and Electech Distribution Systems Sdn Bhd (EDSM), its wholly owned subsidiary in Malaysia. The manufacturing activities of the Company are carried out by its wholly owned subsidiary, Electech Manufacturing Sdn Bhd and 51%-owned subsidiary, ABL Sursum (M) Sdn Bhd. ITE Assets Holdings Pte. Ltd. undertakes investment activities, including investments in quoted shares.
