The Company's subsidiaries include Unified Communications Pte Ltd, Unified Communications Sdn Bhd, Unified Communications (OHQ) Sdn Bhd, Unified Communications (OSS) Sdn Bhd and Mobilization Sdn Bhd. On June 2011, the Company disposed 51% equity interest in Unified Communications Limited. In January 2012, the Company acquired remaining 60% interest in Ahead Mobile Sdn Bhd.
