On September 1, 2009, Sizwe Africa IT Group (Pty) Ltd acquired the remaining 30% interest in ConvergeNet Networks Pty) Ltd. Effective March 1, 2010, Sizwe Africa IT Group (Pty) Ltd acquired the remaining 60% interest in Koba IT Solutions (Pty) Ltd. Effective June 30, 2010, ConvergeNet disposed of 54% interest in FutureCell to Pepkor Retail Limited.
