FirstRand Limited (FirstRand) is an integrated financial services company consisting of banking, insurance and asset management operations. The Company operates in four segments: FNB Africa, RMB, WesBank and Corporate Centre. FNB's products include mortgage loans, credit and debit cards, personal loans and investment products. RMB's portfolio spans investment banking; fixed income, currencies and commodities (FICC); equities, and private equity. WesBank provides instalment credit finance to both the retail and corporate market and provides both asset-based finance and fleet management solutions. The Corporate Centre includes centralized risk and finance functions, including group treasury, balance sheet management and capital management and performance measurement. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011 (fiscal 2011), the Company disposed of OUTsurance Insurance Company Limited and Marsh Holdings SA and Kula Gold (Pty) Limited.
