Fabege AB operates in the Nonresidential building operators sector. Fabege AB is a Sweden-based property company active within the area of commercial premises and property development. The Company is engaged in letting and managing office, retail and other premises. It focuses on a number of submarkets in the Stockholm region, including the primary markets of Stockholm inner city, Solna and Hammarby sjostad. The Company's activities principally comprise the management of its existing properties, as well as the development of its portfolio through development projects, sales and acquisitions. As of September 30, 2011, it owned 100 properties. The Company's operational organization consists of three business areas, encompassing Property Management, Property Development and Transactions. On December 12, 2011, the Company announced that it sold the leasehold on the Parsen 8 property in Hammarby Sjostad.
