As of October 2011, the Company's activities were divided into three business divisions: Power Transmission Division, Truck Equipment Division and Trailer Equipment Division. The Power Transmission Division consists of the Ringfeder, Gerwah and Ecoloc brands that develop, manufacture and market products for advanced applications in mechanical power transmission and energy and shock absorption. The products are sold to customers active in markets, such as construction, machinery, power and mining industries, among others. The Truck Equipment Division comprises Ringfeder, Onspot, Armaton and VBG brands, and supplies coupling equipment for trucks. The Trailer Equipment Division supplies equipment for retailers and comprises the Edscha and Sesam brands.
