NCC Ab operates in the Nonresidential construction sector. NCC AB is a Sweden-based company active within the construction and property development industry. The Company's operations are divided into seven business areas: NCC Construction Sweden, NCC Construction Denmark, NCC Construction Finland, NCC Construction Norway, NCC Roads, NCC Housing and NCC Property Development. The NCC Construction business areas construct residential and office properties, other buildings, industrial facilities, roads, civil-engineering structures and other infrastructure. Its core business is conducted in the Nordic region, the Baltic States and Germany. The NCC Roads business area produces aggregates and asphalt, combined with paving operations and road services. The NCC Housing business area develops and sells housing in selected markets in the Nordic region, the Baltic States and Germany. The NCC Property Development business area develops and sells commercial properties in defined Nordic growth markets. NCC AB operates through a number of subsidiaries.
