Cablisys Holding AG operates in the Electronic connectors sector. Cablitec Holding AG is a Switzerland-based industrial holding company that operates through its subsidiaries. The Company is active in four business segments: Cables, Bundles, Injection and Painting. Its products are used in automobiles, heavy weight trucks, agricultural machines, trains and household electronics, as well as other industrial sectors such as banking and medical sector. In addition, through its subsidiaries the Company is involved in the development and prototyping of electronic systems for vehicles for mining, construction and defense, as well as management of large cross boarder IT (Information Technology) projects, such as RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), among others. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had four wholly owned subsidiaries: Extrucable SAS, France; ISC Integrated Supply Chain AG, Switzerland; Sonocable SA, Morocco and Soficable SAS, France. In addition, the Company held a stake in Sonocas SAS, France; Cablitec Tunesie SA and Tekne S.r.l, Italy.
