The Company has two subsidiaries, namely Siam Mongkol Oil Co., Ltd. and Susco Retail Co., Ltd. It also operates in marine transport services through its affiliated company, namely Siam Mongkol Marine Co., Ltd. As of December 31, 2010, the Company operated 147 service stations nationwide.
