The Company's hotel operations are carried out by three subsidiaries: MBK Hotel and Resort Co Ltd, MBK Hospitality Management Co Ltd and Sapsin Thani Co Ltd. On October 11, 2011, the Company acquired 99.985% shares of both MBK Life Assurance Broker Co Ltd and MBK Insurance Broker Co Ltd in order to expand the Company's business.
