SNC Former Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based manufacturer of automobile air conditioner parts, residential air conditioner parts and cooling machine parts. Its products include inlet/outlet pipe assembly, header, suction pipe, flange inlet/outlet, pipe and hose assembly, among others. These are used in the manufacture of automobiles, including Nissan, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Ford, Honda, Toyota, among others. It has four production sites in Samutprakan and Chonburi provinces. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five direct subsidiaries and one indirect subsidiary, namely SNC Pyongsan Evolution Co., Ltd., SNC Santac Co., Ltd., SAS Innovation Co., Ltd., SNC Cooling Supply Co., Ltd., Immortal Part Co., Ltd. and Ultimate Part Co., Ltd. On October 28, 2011, the Company and Sugimoto Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. formed a joint venture namely, SSM Automation Co., Ltd. The Company and Sugimoto Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. hold 49% and 46% shares of the joint venture respectively.
