Pursuit Dynamics PLC operates in the Fabricated plate work (boiler shops) sector. Pursuit Dynamics PLC is a United Kingdom-based company. The principal activity is the development and commercialization of its PDX platform technology within a number of industries, and the sale of ancillary products to those industries. The Company commercializes its technology through its lines of business, some of which established as joint ventures with external partners. It has five segments: Biofuels; Brewing, Food & Beverage; Public Health & Decontamination, Industrial Licensing and New Ventures. In June 2010, the Company launched its bio-fuels line of business with a range of products and services for the Generation One corn based bio-fuels market. In April 2010, the Company signed an agreement to form a 50/50 joint venture with Karcher Futuretech AG (KFT) and are developing civil and military decontamination solutions. In September 2010, the Company signed an agreement to form a joint venture with the National Nuclear Laboratories Ltd. (NNL), owned 60% by PDX and 40% by NNL.
