Ten Alps PLC operates in the Motion picture & video production sector. Ten Alps plc is a multimedia company. It provides and commercially manages the content for television, radio, online television and print. The operations of the Company are managed in two business divisions: content and communications. Content division produces television and online television. Content division's two main outputs are broadcast television work and online television work, along with online regional and television news. The communication division has three activities: publishing, media sales/buying and creative services. On February 1, 2010, the Company acquired 60% of a Ten Alps Communications Asia Pte Limited (TACA). On May 10, 2010, its subsidiary, Ten Alps Communications Limited acquired Grove House Publishing Limited (Grove). On August 26, 2009, its subsidiary, Blakeway Productions Ltd acquired Uproar Asia Pte Ltd, which produces television programmes for a variety of broadcasters.
