Business Description:
Terrace Hill Group PLC operates in the Nonresidential building operators sector. Terrace Hill Group PLC is engaged in property investment, development and trading. The Company operates in two segments: commercial property development and investment and residential property investment. Its properties are divided into areas, such as office, foodstores, industrial and residential investment. The Company is engaged in town foodstore development. During the fiscal year ended September 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company completed the development of a 97,000 square feet superstore and petrol filling station to Sainsbury's, which is opened for business in October 2010. During fiscal 2010, the Company completed the letting of its development at Wilton Road, Victoria and subsequently sold the building to an overseas buyer. On November 4, 2010, the Company commenced construction of the 60,000 square feet North Design Centre at its Baltic Business Quarter in Geteshead. The Company focuses on its residential investment portfolio of approximately 2,000 units.
