It operates in five segments: Events, Targeting, Distribution and Monitoring, Data Services, Online-Marketing Services, and Print-Magazines. In March 2011, it sold its French medical newspaper and magazine business. On July 29, 2011, it acquired Ecobuild. On November 2010, it acquired the Publishing Expo business. In November 1, 2010, it acquired Lead in Research. In October 21, 2010, it acquired Canon Communications LLC. In February 2012, the Company sold its the United Kingdom agriculture and medical general practitioner portfolios - including the Farmers Guardian and Pulse titles. In February 2012, the Company acquired the annual 4G World telecoms and wireless trade show from Yankee Group Research, Inc.
