The Company's subsidiaries include Dialight Corporation, Dialight Garufo GmbH, Dialight Europe Limited, Dialight Lumidrives Limited and Dialight BLP Limited. In April 2010, the Company acquired BTI Light Systems A/S. In June 2011, the Company incorporated Dialight Japan KK.
