The Company owns a portfolio of zinc-silver-lead-copper-gold exploration properties in Chile, South America. The Company's project includes Paguanta project, La Serena project and Guamanga Copper-Gold Project. The Company holds a 70% interest in the advanced Paguanta Project in northern Chile. The Paguanta project area consists of 14 licences covering an area of 39 square kilometers. The Paguanta Project Area is located approximately 120 kilometers east northeast of Iquique and approximately 30 kilometers west of Chile's border with Bolivia. The Guamanga Copper-Gold Project is located approximately 750 kilometers north of Santiago in Region III in Chile and comprises approximately 11.2 square kilometers in total area.
