The Company is focused on the Bullabulling project, in the goldfields of Western Australia. The Company's Tenements at Bullabulling cover approximately 144 square kilometers, and lie 70 kilometers south west of Kalgoorlie. In July 2010, seven diamond drill holes were drilled in the Bullabulling Project. The Company's subsidiaries include Nexon Asia Group Ltd, CCG Copper Ltd, Central China Minerals Ltd, GGG Mining Ltd, CCG Korea Ltd, GGG Australia Pty Ltd. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company purchased 50% of Bullabulling Project.
