Also in Ireland, the Company held exploration licenses in Bohaun, Co. Its Mauritania Ventures holds one uranium exploration license, totaling 1,500 square kilometers, in northern Mauritania. As of November 30, 2010, the Company had three subsidiaries Aurum Mineral Resources Ltd, Alba Mineral Resources Sweden AB and Mauritania Ventures Limited.
