Cousins Properties, Incorporated. The Group's principal activities are that of a real estate investment trust. It is an Atlanta-based, fully integrated, self administered equity REIT with real estate services including the acquisition, financing, development, management and leasing of properties. It operates through five divisions: Office/Multi-Family, Retail, Land, Industrial and Corporate. It owns a portfolio of well-located, high-quality office, medical office, retail and residential development projects and holds several tracts of strategically located undeveloped land. Office Division and Retail Division develop, lease and manage office buildings and retail centres, respectively. Land Division owns various tracts of strategically located land which are being held for investment and develops family residential communities which are parcelled into lots and sold to various home builders. It operates in United States.
