It has two reportable business segments, shopping centers and other investments. It is self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust. Currently, the Group owns and manages over 702 shopping centers and development properties in 45 states, plus Puerto Rico and Brazil totaling approximately 117.4 million square feet. It operates predominantly in the United States.
