Sales of International saw an increase that was more than double the company's growth rate: sales were up 35.3% in 2016, from $1.13 billion to $1.53 billion. Not all segments of Hanesbrands experienced an increase in sales in 2016: sales of Direct To Consumer fell 18.7% to $315.56 million. Hanesbrands also experienced decreases in sales in Innerwear (down 1.5% to $2.61 billion) .
