Kellogg Company Company Snapshot
Kellogg Company operates in the Cereal breakfast foods sector. In addition to historical fundamental analyses, the complete report available to purchase compares Kellogg with three other processed food manufacturers in North America: Kraft Heinz Co (2015 sales of $18.34 billion of which 61% was Operating Segment - United States), Conagra Brands Inc ($15.83 billion ), and General Mills, Inc. ($17.63 billion of which 60% was U.S. Retail).

Sales Analysis. Kellogg reported sales of $13.53 billion for the year ending December of 2015. This represents a decrease of 7.2% versus 2014, when the company's sales were $14.58 billion. The sales level in 2015 was fairly close to the level five years ago: in 2010, Kellogg had sales of $12.40 billion. Contributing to the drop in overall sales was the 15.8% decline in Latin America, from $1.21 billion to $1.02 billion. There were also decreases in sales in U.S. Snacks (down 7.5% to $3.23 billion) and U.S. Morning Foods and Kashi (down 10.4% to $2.99 billion) and Europe (down 13.5% to $2.50 billion) and U.S. Specialty (down 1.4% to $1.18 billion) and Asia-Pacific (down 7.1% to $919.00 million) . However, these declines were partially offset by the increase in sales of North America (up 14.9% to $1.69 billion) .
