Multiband Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to provide voice, data and video communications systems and service. It provides system integration, training and related communication sales and support activities for commercial, professional and institutional customers. The Group operates in three segments: HSP, MDU and MCS. It purchases products and equipment from NEC America Inc, Siemens Enterprise Networks, Cisco Systems Inc, Nortel Networks Corp and uses it to design telecommunications systems to fit its customers' specific needs and demands. It purchased video subscribers in a number of separate transactions, the largest one being Rainbow Satellite Group, LLC. Its products and services are sold to customers located throughout the United States of America.
