TriMas Corporation Company Snapshot
TriMas Corporation operates in the Fabricated metal products sector. In addition to historical fundamental analyses, the complete report available to purchase compares TriMas with three other metal product manufacturers in North America: Casetek Holdings Ltd (Cayman) of Cayman Islands (2016 sales of 825.31 million Cayman Dollars [US$1.00 billion] of which 100% was Manufacturing of Metal Structural Parts), Barnes Group Inc. Sales Analysis. TriMas reported sales of $794.02 million for the year ending December of 2016. This represents a decrease of 8.1% versus 2015, when the company's sales were $863.98 million. Contributing to the drop in overall sales was the 25.7% decline in Engineered Components, from $159.84 million to $118.77 million. There were also decreases in sales in Aerospace and Defense (down 0.9% to $174.92 million) and Energy (down 17.8% to $158.99 million) . However, these declines were partially offset by the increase in sales of Packaging (up 2.1% to $341.34 million) .
