The sales level in 2015 was fairly close to the level five years ago: in 2010, Vienna Insurance Group had sales of 9.34 billion Euro. Contributing to the drop in overall sales was the 4.3% decline in Life, from 4.17 billion Euro to 3.99 billion Euro. There were also decreases in sales in Health (down 0.4% to 394.70 million Euro) . However, these declines were partially offset by the increase in sales of Property/casualty (up 0.2% to 3.80 billion Euro) .
