Noranda Income Fund. Noranda Income Fund (the Fund) is a Canada-based open-ended trust. The Fund's primary objective is to provide stable, monthly distributions. The Fund owns an electrolytic zinc processing facility and its ancillary assets (the Processing Facility) located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec. The Processing Facility produces refined zinc metal and various by-products from zinc concentrate purchased from mining operations, and sells refined zinc products to customers in the open market. The Fund produces copper in cake and sulfuric acid as by-products from refining zinc concentrate. The Fund processes approximately 519,510 tons of zinc concentrate. It processes approximately 20,290 tons of secondary zinc concentrate. It operates in Canada and the United States. Its value added products include Jumbo Zinc, Zinc Shot and Granulated zinc. Canadian Electrolytic Zinc Limited acts as the Fund's manager, which is a subsidiary of Glencore Canada Corporation.

Sales Analysis. Noranda Income Fund reported sales of C$787.39 million (US$588.48 million) for the year ending December of 2016. This represents a very small increase of 0.6% versus 2015, when the company's sales were C$782.39 million. This was the fourth straight year of sales growth at Noranda Income Fund.
