Vossloh AG Company Snapshot
Vossloh AG operates within the Blast furnaces and steel mills sector. In addition to historical fundamental analyses, the complete report available to purchase compares Vossloh AG with three other steel companies in Europe: Stalprodukt SA of Poland (2016 sales of 3.14 billion Polish New Zlotys [US$836.24 million] ), Hill & Smith Holdings PLC of the United Kingdom (£540.10 million [US$700.52 million] of which 70% was Infrastructure Products), and Kardemir Karabuk Demir Celik Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. which is based in Turkey (2.34 billion Turkish Liras [US$654.89 million] of which 99% was Iron and Steal).

Sales Analysis. During the year ended December of 2016, sales at Vossloh AG were 931.60 million Euro (US$1.04 billion). This is a decrease of 22.4% versus 2015, when the company's sales were 1.20 billion Euro. Contributing to the drop in overall sales was the 69.3% decline in Transportation, from 355.60 million Euro to 109.10 million Euro. There were also decreases in sales in Switch Systems (down 6.3% to 489.20 million Euro) . However, these declines were partially offset by the increase in sales of Fastening Systems (up 3.2% to 251.50 million Euro) and Rail Services (up 13.6% to 77.70 million Euro) .
