As of February 28, 2010, Hornbach-Baumarkt-AG operated in Europe through its 32 consolidated subsidiaries, such as HORNBACH International GmbH, HORNBACH Baumarkt CS spol s.r.o. and HORNBACH Holding B.V., among others. The Company is majority owned by Hornbach Holding AG, which held a stake of 76.4% as of February 28, 2010.
