Sales Analysis. K&S AG reported sales of 3.46 billion Euro (US$4.09 billion) for the year ending December of 2016. This represents a decrease of 17.2% versus 2015, when the company's sales were 4.18 billion Euro. Contributing to the drop in overall sales was the 26.8% decline in Potash and Magnesium Products, from 2.09 billion Euro to 1.53 billion Euro. There were also decreases in sales in Salt (down 8.5% to 1.76 billion Euro) . However, these declines were partially offset by the increase in sales of Complementary Business Segments (up 2.2% to 161.10 million Euro) and Intercompany Eliminations (up 30.8% to 1.70 million Euro) .
