Mediaset operates in the Television broadcasting stations sector. Sales Analysis. Mediaset reported sales of 3.63 billion Euro (US$4.13 billion) for the year ending December of 2017. This represents a decrease of 1.0% versus 2016, when the company's sales were 3.67 billion Euro. The sales level in 2017 was fairly close to the level five years ago: in 2012, Mediaset had sales of 3.68 billion Euro. Contributing to the drop in overall sales was the 1.9% decline in Intergrated Television Operations - Ital, from 2.60 billion Euro to 2.56 billion Euro. . However, these declines were partially offset by the increase in sales of Ei Towers - Italy (up 12.4% to 80.90 million Euro) and Unallocated - Spain (up 0.4% to 996.30 million Euro) .
